Official Fundraiser Day, whoohoo! God is moving and putting things into place. We have seen His hand and faithfulness as He shows us His plans, brings people together, and meets needs. You are being used by God as you give towards a delivery room for Mama Florence in Kamengo Uganda. We are giving people a better chance at life, right from the very beginning. By providing this building it is allowing for healthier babies, and who knows what they will be capable of as they grow up. We are not only meeting physical needs here, but we are showing Christs love.
I am so excited to see that thermometer go red over the next few days. As soon as the 3000.00 is raised the money will be sent to Uganda and the building will be started! Any amount helps, don't feel like you have to give a ton. If a ton of people give a little we will make a huge difference! Thank you all for joining with us in this project!
There are so many other things that we can help with in the future. Most people, especially in the villages depend on agriculture for their income and well being. This is another area we can equip these people with, with tools, information, etc.
This is the bed in the current delivery room at Mama Florence's house. Very humble. The new building will have three beds.
A typical Kamengo house, this would be for about 6 people. It's probably the size of our bathroom.

Wow, it's sure crazy to think of how small that house is - like you said, the size of your bathroom! Sad. I love the pictures and all the bright colors, and I'm excited to see the improvement there will be with the new room & beds!! :)
