Swimming!

Matthew came with us swimming yesterday, it was great! She was a little fishy. She even got dunked this time. Last night I had a really random dream about swimming in the ocean by Texas with Katelyns cousins and dunking all the kids (in a nice way of course). Weird.
I got an email from a friend that wanted me to clarify what's up with the house building stuff. So for those that are newish readers to our blog, I will explain. Last year we were living in an itsy bitsy little apartment while Matthew taught at PRBI (which is also where we met). When we found out we were pregnant we started looking for a house to buy. We got talking to my dad last Christmas and decided to build instead because it's also a good investment, especially up here the way this crazy market is going. So my dad financed building two houses which we started on last April. We moved into one in Augest and finished up the other one (which is next door) to sell. The owners just took possession which I talked about last post. Now we have two more lots and we're ready to do the same thing again (only we'll sell both this time). We're really excited about this whole endevour and planning on doing this for the time being. Hope that makes sense.

I assume you dreamt about our girls?!! Cool! Yes I do read your blog a couple times a month. Love the pictures. She's getting big. So... you guys will have to come down some time and we can go "swimming" in the ocean. Our girls haven't been there yet but they go crazy in the lakes. I think its only a 5 or 6 hour drive to Galveston, the closest ocean beach. Its about the most boring beach ever but it does have cool blue shells. We've camped there once before, imagine a state park with no trees, no bushes, just a beach with some grass and bridges to go over the grass because of the snakes. We didn't have kids yet, so it was one of our newly wed adventures. I'd better go. The girls are in bed and this is my best time to rake and bag leaves and pine needles, one of my only forms of exercise. Talk to you later.
